Preparing And Dispatching Orders
Orders placed before 03:00 PM (GMT-4) are prepared for processing on the same business day. Orders require 0-3 business days for preparation and are dispatched from Monday to Friday. After shipment, parcels are delivered within 7-9 business days depending on the destination area and courier operations.
Shipping is provided free of charge for all orders delivered within the United States.
Customers receive an order confirmation email after checkout has been completed successfully. Once the shipment has been dispatched, a separate email containing tracking information will also be delivered.
Shipping Providers
Qore Store works with major delivery carriers operating across the United States. Courier selection may vary depending on parcel size, destination, shipping conditions, and carrier availability at the time the order is dispatched.
Delivery Delays
While Qore Store aims to deliver parcels within the estimated delivery window, delays may occasionally occur due to high shipping demand, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other situations outside our control.

Cancelling An Order
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Qore Store as quickly as possible at support@qorestore.com. Cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order enters fulfillment or shipping preparation. After dispatch, we are no longer able to cancel your order. Eligible items may however still qualify for a return after delivery.
Complaint Procedure
What should you in case of damages, or if you've received something you did not order?
Please contact our support team promptly at support@qorestore.com and send us photos of the product, parcel packaging, and shipping label whenever possible. Qore Store will review the situation and provide further guidance regarding replacement options, refunds, or another appropriate solution.
